With the deepening of global economic integration, competition among enterprises become more and more fierce and gradually changed from the outward level of product competition to a much deeper level of cultural and ideological competition. As an effective measure and advanced management method to cultivate favorable external and internal environment and to pursuit better synthetically beneficial result for enterprises, corporate culture construction has gain attention and been practiced by increasing number of enterprises in recent years. How to cultivate corporate culture with strong features according to enterprises'own characteristics, and apply the research findings of management from home and abroad to the cultural practice of Chinese enterprises is a subject of universal significance.This article applies the idea"harmony"to the systematic construction of corporate culture, combines with enterprises'practical in our country, in-depth analysis of the corporate culture construction present situation, proposes constructing harmonious corporate culture, elaborate the meaning, characteristics and significance of harmonious corporate culture construction. Then it elaborates the harmonious corporate culture system's constitution from material, behavioral, systems and spirit of the four dimensions, proposes inside and outside the processing corporate various benefits counterparts'relations, thus construction corporate internal and external whole harmonious strategy. Finally, it applies the harmonious corporate culture theory, designs a harmonious corporate culture programs, and proposes the implementation measures. Through the development of harmonious corporate culture, enterprises can strengthen the centripetal force of the employee and the unity of the community, create the sense of self-identification and strong sense of belonging and pride, therefore form the driving force of solidarity and unity. The harmonious corporate culture enables enterprises to maintain a high level of conformity inside and a high level of adaptability outside, in this way enterprises form the competitive force of corporate culture and achieve sustainable development.
