A Study On The Development Of Characteristic Agriculture In Tianshui City

With 30 years' reforming and developing, China Agriculture and rural economic has entered a new development stage. The increase of agriculture production and the increase of peasants' income has been a main problem in the countryside and agricultural economic. The strategic readjustment of agriculture structure is main solve of the problem. The key of success or failure of the strategic readjustment of agriculture structure depends on developing the characteristic agriculture exerting the superiority of the resources environment. This article studies the document and materials on the research of characteristic agriculture at home and abroad, applied the theory of comparative advantage of developing characteristics agriculture in Tianshui combined Tianshui area's natural condition, and put for some suggestions on the development Tianshui Characteristic agriculture.This paper consists of six parts: In chapter l:briefly introduces research background and its significance, literature review, research content and adopted methods;In chapter 2: presents characteristic agriculture's definition, characteristics, influencing factors, the general rules of its development, evaluation methods and standards, as well as the significance of developing characteristic agriculture, which establishes the theoretical framework of this paper;In chapter 3: analyzes the potential advantages of developing characteristic agriculture in Tianshui city, in terms of Tianshui's climate, its land resources, the preferential policies and the comparative advantages of major agricultural products; In chapter 4: describes the current development of characteristic agriculture in Tianshui city;In chapter 5: explores the existing problems on sustainable development of characteristic agriculture in Tianshui city;In chapter 6: puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions, based on the factors constraining the development of characteristic agriculture in Tianshui city; In chapter 7: draws a conclusion and indicates this research's limitations as well as suggestions for further study.
