With the integration of global economy, competition forms between enterprises have changed from traditional competition to co-opetition. Co-opetition, the inevitable strategic choice by enterprises under the all-round and dynamic competitive environment, can enable enterprises to achieve a win-win objective through the complement of their advantages and the sharing of resources in the fierce competition.This thesis, under the guidance of co-opetition theory, analyses the competition situations and some existing problems in the dairy industry. With the S Dairy Corporation as research project, the author construes its competition pattern and the advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of co-opetition strategies. Combining with the actual situation in S Dairy Corporation, the author presents the design and implementation of competition strategies in the corporation, and analytically discusses those focus-deserving problems and countermeasures in the process of carrying out co-opetition strategies, with a wish that this can be of referential roles in the increase of competitive power and competitive standards of the low temperature dairy industry in cities of China, and can activate the common efforts for the sustainably competitive development in the dairy industry of China.
