The Influence Research Of Industrial Structure Upgrading On Rural Labor Transfer In China

Since the new century, China’s rural labor employment entered a new historicalstage, Accelerate the construction of the long-term mechanism of rural laboremployment transfer becomes a critical and urgency problem. Studying therelationship between the upgrading of industrial structure and the rural surplus labortransfers will help us to expand the industrial labor employment space and realize thesmooth and orderly transition of the rural labor force within industries andamong industries.This paper collected a large amount of data, using the method of empiricalanalysis and normative analysis, systematically analyzing the upgrading process ofindustrial structure and influences of the upgrading of an industrial structure onrural labor transfer. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of the industrialstructure upgrading in China, finding that the industrial structure upgradingin China is in the "two three one" stage; Secondly, this paper describes the currentsituation of rural labor transfer in the upgrading of industrial structure, and analyzingthe non-equilibrium of Chinese industry structure and employment structure evolution,which concluded that the industrial structure and employment structure in our Chinais deviate and the internal structure of three industries is not balanced. Then bystudying the internal employment elasticity coefficient of three industries in China，analyzing the absorptive capacity of sub sectors on employment. After that, throughthe principal component regression analysis， found the relationshipbetween the employment of rural labor force transfer in China and the three mainindustries，it comes to the conclusion that: the impact of the construction industry onthe rural labor transfer is biggest, agriculture is the second, then the industryand service industry，This shows that the industrial structure and rural labor forcetransfer are uncoordinated. Finally, based on empirical analysis and conclusion of theabove, connecting the employment of rural labor transfer and the upgrading ofindustrial structure in China and making corresponding policy recommendations.
