Supply-oriented Enterprise Project Management Research

With large amount of references on literatures and documents regarding project management & power supply company management,starting from the research on project-oriented management and given the consideration of the management pattern of power supply company,this article brings forward the notion of project-oriented management for power supply company and the proposal of changes of its traditional functionality of multi-task management pattern,based on the status quo of power supply company nowadays.It also redesigns the system of project-oriented management for power supply companies,sets up a projected-oriented management system for power supply companies with a ternary structure,as well as offers specific solutions and procedures for this transformation which lead to project-oriented management system. Studies based on this article could offer practical benefits to those power supply companies on how to build a modern enterprise management system and furthermore, raise the management level of their companies.
