A Study On Integration Of Logistics Between Guangdong And Hong Kong

After 30 years of reform and opening up,there is a positive interaction between the areas of Guangdong and Hong Kong which the economy promotes the development of logistics o In the context of Competition in the global and Intensified regional competition,In order to maintain and enhance the advantages and the competitiveness of Hong Kong and Guangdong in the new round-development of China and the world regional economic,we must accelerate the innovation of Guangdong and Hong Kong's economy from the model of cooperation to integration.Therefore,it is an urgent duty to find an integration of logistics between Guangdong and Hong Kong,to achieve the development of logistics after integrating and to provide more powerful support for economic integration between Guangdong and Hong Kong.In December 2008,our country published《Pearl River Delta Regional Reform,Development Planning Framework(2008-2020)》, emphasizing on promoting closer co-operation between the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong.and then the logistics enhances economic development conversely.Vigorously develop modem service industry including the logistics industry.In this paper,it demonstrates relevant theories of the logistics of regional cooperation firstly,and then points out the feasibility and the constraints of the logistics integration between Guangdong and Hong Kong through large amounts of data comparison and analysis based on the Guangdong-Hong Kong Logistics Development of the regional economy.Secondly,it points out that the development of Guangdong and Hong Kong logistics should adopt the mode of the interaction of the government and the market on the basis of the framework of logistics integration between Hong Kong and Guangdong.At the same time,it discusses that it is necessary to establish and improve the coordination-mechanisms,information-sharing-mechanism and the regional balanced-interests mechanism of the logistics integration between Hong Kong and Guangdong,in order to protect the effective realization of the development of logistics integration between Hong Kong and Guangdong.Finally,According to the theory of Logistics co-operation and the basic framework of Guangdong and Hong Kong Logistics Development of for integration.Analysis and described the the way to achieve integration between Guangdong and Hong Kong Logistics in the four aspects:establishing docking channel of the logistics integration,integrated nodes of logistics resources,constructing the public information platform and strengthening strategy co-operation in main logistics market the logistics integration.
