The Empirical Staudy On Evolving Process Of Innovation Capacity And Mode Of Small And Medium Sized Hi-tech Enterprises

As an important driving force for economic development,scientific technology is the fundamental sign of human society progress.With the emerging of knowledge economy era,small and medium sized hi-tech enterprises(SMHEs) become one of the critical factors determining national and regional innovation capacity and economic competitiveness.SMHEs are characterized with flexible management,rapid reaction to new-emerging markets,updating of technology and products.However,there is lack of systematic guide to their evolving process.Currently due to SMHEs of different types,sectors and phases,study lacks the support of empirical research,thus left behind the realistic situation of Chinese SMHEs.The paper firstly defines SMHEs and concluded their basic characteristics.By focusing on dynamic capacity and corporate technology capacity,the paper introduces the relation between technology innovation capacity and mode and illustrates the evolving innovating mode of "dynamic gradient" which is based on technology innovation capacity;,meanwhile,the author combines with the empirical research in Dalian Luming Group development process.Based on this mode,the paper provides the evaluation mode for Chinese SMHEs' innovation capacity and mode.By applying Fuzzy Analytical Process(FAP),the paper finally concludes the complete evolving process of SMHEs and corresponding suggestions.
