Empirical Study On The Impact Of Industrial Structure Change On Employment Structure In Liaoning Province

With the development of the market economy and the industrial structure constantly adjusting,employment problem has become a major economic and social problem affecting the entire society.As a developing country,China's economic growth is the part of the economic structure adjusting and any terms of employment links with structure,especially the industrial structure.The reasonable industrial structure of employment is security of rational economic structure thus the largest and highest outputs.Therefore,to achieve a smooth transformation and adjustment of industrial structure of employment relates to the economic development and modernization.As the typical representation of Northeast Old Industrial Base,Liaoning Province has to face to more and more serious employment problem.For example, labor growing for the natural population growth,a large number of laid-off workers for economic structure adjusting,Surplus labor for enterprises atrophy of resources-exhausted cities and massive surplus rural laborers transferred to cities,for urbanization.The employment pressure grows day by day.So studying employment problem from the perspective of the industrial structure changing in Liaoning will promote the economic sustainable development.Based on a lot of statistical information,the thesis analyzed the influences of the industrial structure changes on employment growth in Liaoning Province mainly used empirical analysis,normative analysis and relational analysis.Firstly,this thesis discussed the relationship between economic development and employment by using regression analysis,then summarized the impact that changes in the industrial structure influences on contribution of the labor force in the economic development through correlating the labor and capital's contribution between general models of economic growth and the models of economic growth that accessing to the industrial structure change.Secondly,this thesis inspected the impact that the changes of the industrial structure influences on employment growth from the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.On this basis,the thesis analysed the impact that three industrial development influences on employment in Liaoning. Finally,put forward a series of solutions,such as industrial restructuring,improving relevant supporting mechanisms and so on.
