With the deepening of global economic integration,human resources as the core of organizational survival and development,increasing attention.The acquisition of enterprise competitiveness depends on the systematic and effective development and management of its own human resources.As a concrete form of human resource development,training plays a very important role in improving the work skills and comprehensive quality of employees.It is of great practical significance to explore the effective ways to improve the performance of the enterprise by studying the training of the employees.Small and medium-sized joint ventures play a huge role in China's rapid economic development.However,due to the small and medium-sized joint ventures many deficiencies and the size of the day after the capital constraints,making the enterprise staff training in the work there are many deficiencies and problems.The study of the common problems of employee training will help to accelerate the development of small and medium-sized joint ventures in China and give full play to its positive effect on the national economy.This paper takes the theories of human resource management theory,management psychology and statistics as the theoretical background,and combs and summarizes the relevant Chinese and foreign literatures.On the basis of these theories and literatures,this paper chooses Volkswagen FAW Platform Parts Co.,Ltd.as a research case,and conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the problems and causes of its staff training.This paper investigates the relevant status quo of Volkswagen FAW Platform Parts Co.,Ltd.by means of statistical survey and analysis methods and tools,and conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews with randomly selected managers,technicians and operational service personnel.Through the research,this paper argues that the Volkswagen FAW PlatformParts Co.,Ltd.has the following problems in the training of the staff training,the incomplete implementation of the training process,the unscientific training objectives,the single training method and the lack of training feedback,which leads to the limited liability of the Volkswagen FAW platform Company staff training inefficient.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the staff training of the Volkswagen FAW Platform Parts Co.,Ltd.,namely: to enhance the training concept,to guide the training activities of the employees through the advanced modern enterprise training concept;to improve the training process,Construction of training objectives,to establish a suitable for long-term business planning and long-term development,in line with corporate culture and staff characteristics of the training target system;rich training methods,to establish a unique teaching,flexible and diverse forms of training;attach great importance to training and assessment work,do Good training ends with tracking feedback work to ensure that after training the application,practice and improvement.Through the construction of scientific and perfect training system,give full play to the staff training on enterprise human resources management and enterprise development of the positive role.The situation of public FAW Platform Parts Co.,Ltd.is representative of the training of employees in small and medium-sized joint ventures in our country.Therefore,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for establishing and perfecting the training system of small and medium-sized joint ventures in our country.In this paper,the analysis of Volkswagen FAW Platform Parts Co.,Ltd.can discount the common problems faced by small and medium-sized joint ventures,and have some enlightenment to the training of domestic small and medium-sized joint ventures.I hope that through the above research,researchers led to the gradual growth of the process of small and medium-sized joint ventures staff training work shift attention,initiate,and promote the field of research and business growth.
