The author discovers that with the high speed development of the hotel, it has the high rate of staff losing, by the real practice and the materials in Seine River Hotel Management Limited Company. Basic on the reasons and process that the hotel staff leave ,analyze which is the main reason and which is the acceleration, the catalytic effect to drain the behavior and the different periods which systematically drains in the staff, And according to these, give them the constructive improvement advice for the company.According to the hotel industry human resources out flowing present situation, separately from the society, individual and organized, analyze carefully each kind of factors that has affected the hotel staff drained, and based on the staff the primary and secondary aspect to establish the decision model, drained the influencing factor which the outflow behavior decision influencing factor through the model distinguishing clearly staff the wish formed, proposed the corresponding solution countermeasure from the enterprise angle. And in innovatively gathers the economic category the concept to introduce in human resources management idea, advocated that the enterprise improves the enterprise staff's outflow question using the talented person accumulative, improve the situation that staff are leaving.This article elaborates the effects about the losing of manager of the company and the human resources management system in different process periods. The hotel staff rate of personnel loss high factor is no doubt complex, but each factor has direct or the indirect relations nearly with these two factors. If the hotel wants to cut the staff withdrawal rate effectively, strengthening the enterprise culture construction and creating the good working conditions are the foundation.
