The Research On Low-rent Housing System In Wuhan City

Under the current economic situation, expanding domestic demand is an important lever to develop economic sustainably by the central authorities. It will be an important issue for our party and governments to settle housing problem of low-income families by improving urban Low-rent-house security system. Foundation of this system can remedy the market defects, safeguard the stability and unity of the society, and promote economy more healthily. In the past few years, we have made some achievements on the work of housing security.However,there are still many problem resists. It seriously prevent the government from promoting the work of Low-rent-house security and solving housing difficulties of low-income families. In deeper analysis,existence of these problems was resulted from our defectful housing security system.Therefore,this paper take taking Wuhan as an example, provides reference for the government solving the housing problems of the urban low-income families by analysis on current situation and problems of this system in wuhan.The text is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is the introduction,which illustrate the significance of the research, methods, and the theory foundation of setting up low-rent housing system; Chapter two defines low-rent housing system and composition, followed by the analysis on the constructual situation of low-rent housing system and existing problems in Wuhan,furthemore,the implement effects also are evaluated; Chapter three introduce the United States and HongKong experiences of implementing low-rent housing system, as well as the implement practice in some cities of low-rent housing system throughout our country; Chapter four is the key point of this text.The author analyzes the frame of establishing this system and puts forward her own thinking about the low-rent-house system;Chapter five proposes the safeguards that protect Wuhan's low-rent-housing system to operate effectively.This text attempts to carry on innovations from the following several respects:First, research on breakthrough ideas. In this paper, the specific city Wuhan City, the low-rent housing system for the study to collect a large number of up-to-date data.
