A Study On The Low-Rent Housing Supply And Distribution Management Of Hangzhou

In recent years,with the development of urbanization and deepening of economic system reforms, lack of housing affordability for low-income families has been an increasing problem. As an important part of housing security system, low-rent house plays an important role on solving housing problems of low-income families.However, with the plate getting bigger, more and more problems occur in the following areas, such as the supply mechanism, the admission verification, distribution management and withdrawing low-rent housing mechanism. Backgrounded the above, the thesis attempts to utilize empirical analysis and quantitative analysis, and looks into reforming and improving the supply, distribution management of low-rent house.The thesis mainly includes the following aspects:First, through studying the low-rent house policy and current situation of Hangzhou, finding the current problems and analyzing the reasons both on supply and distribution; Second, based on survey of the fundamental housing condition of Hangzhou residents, figures out the scale supply of Hangzhou low-rent house;Thirdly, with combining quantitative analysis and questionaire of recipients, raises suggestions for choosing the location of low-rent house, proportion of different size of housing, improving building of facilities;Forth, taking an outside view on the public housing mechanism of the U.S.,Hong Kong and Singapore, thus raises corresponding suggestions for reforming and improving the supply and distribution managemen mechanism for low-rent house of Hangzhou.
