The theme park is a kind of new attractive tourism products in the exploitation of modern tourist resources, combining the science and technology, entertainment, leisure element and service facilities with its unique theme culture and experience means. Since the birth of Disneyland, theme park is widely recognized and accepted by public as new pattern of tourism with conceptualization and tourist experience, and becomes one main development trend of international tourism services in the future. At present, theme parks are difficult to operate, most of which have low business turnover. This subject is to discuss the difficult situation of theme parks and give constructive suggestions for them.This article firstly analyses the focus of experience theme of modern theme parks and takes Korean Everland theme park as an example. It explores the experiences from the success of Everland theme park such as the strategic planning, the management and position of the products of the theme experience, and the innovation of patterns of experiences marketing adopted by Everland theme park. It then discusses the problems lying in the development of some theme parks around the world and put forward relevant countermeasure to the problems in the innovation of products, market and marketing of theme parks.It establishes the theory framework of this article by the means of literature search, questionnaire, expert discussion, analysis the act of visitors to experience the products of theme parks and the reasons affect tourists'expectation to experience, so as to provide decision making reference to the proprietor of theme park, and they can make improvement on aspects like environment experience and activity experience according to the difference on tourists'satisfaction degree, thus achieving better development of theme park tourism. On this basis, it forms a working hypothesis to the ascribed characteristics of population of the theme park tourist and relevant travel situations, tourism preferences as well as the expectation before the tour and satisfaction degree after that, and also it uses the SPSS statistical analysis software to test and verify the system of constituent elements for the motivation and experiences of tourism in theme parks by means of descriptive statistics,factorial analysis, analysis of variance and other analysis methods.The innovation of this article is that by using the method of factor analysis, it explores and acknowledges the main motivation of the tourist to visit theme parks on the basis of the practical investigation to Everland theme park of Korea, that is to release pressure; and gets to know that relevant tourists of different ascribed characteristics of population and relevant travel situations have otherness in choosing theme parks by variance analysis. It also enriches the study on theme parks both here and abroad at present, thus providing positive basis for the manager of theme parks to see the needs and motivations of tourists. Moreover, from a perspective of tourist experience, the article puts forward business strategies like accurately position target market, emphasis word-of-mouth publicity of the tourist, insist on the tourist experience of marketing standards and dredge up theme parks, so as to provide the manager new ideas of theme parks'operation and management.
