Research On Profitable Model Of The Theme Park-Illustrated By Taking OCT East As An Example

In the end of last century, the economy of china get gradrally develop, Our tourist industry has won golden opportunity for development. As an important way of city economic development, tourist has been accepted and supported by more and more urban managers.Many city managers to improve the visibility of the city and promote local economic development are actively developing tourism.The cities which are lack of traditional landscape and cultural resources are shifting to theme parks to attract tourists. Theme park is an important complement of tourist resources, which is the marginal resource between natural resources and humane resources. The theme park, based on a specific theme, modern science and technology, and the multi-layer design, has become destinations of modern tourism by integrating the entertainment, leisure factors and reception services. Its unique connotation has attracted so many tourists, which promises great development potential of the theme park. Although the theme park occurs relatively late, they are at the stage of rapid development and compete intensely.China’s theme park, also belong to the stage of rapid development and intense competition. However, many cities theme park’s development is not always smooth, the theme park is rough plan and the theme lack of features, the positioning of theme park development is not very clear, the product of the theme park lacking of competitiveness and creativity, which restrict the further development of tourism industry of the city.At the same time, compared with the past, there have been great changes in the diversification of tourism demand and personification features to people’s concept of tourism, which need theme park, an important part of tourism industry, to make corresponding changes to adapt to new environment, and demands the theme park also make adjustments accordingly.This paper analyzes the development trend and new profitable model of Chinese theme park, by comparing the different profitable models of typical theme parks in and abroad.The practice of theme park profitable model requires the guidance of relative theory, on the contrary, the practice also need to theory.At present, many academic scholars of theme park profitable model have done lots of research,some of them are also guiding the practice of theme park development. In order to better enrich research system of theme park, and guide the practice of theme park development, this essay based on previous studies, try to do some research on the general line of thought of theme park, and take the case type research way on OCT East, with a view to the new thought of theme park profitable model.This essay consists of the following parts:First, the introduction of the essay. Tourism is an important way of city economic development,which points to the rapid tourism development and the increasing demands for theme parks in those cities lacking of natural and humane resources.At present,there are many theme parks which cannot make live for long time. Based on this, this paper research on the profitable model of present theme parks.this paper puts forward the profitable model problems by researching the profitable model of present theme parks, and outlines related researches on Disneylang. From its profitable model,we can get some experience.Then, It also puts forward the methods to research,the main framework of the thesis and the Innovation of the Paper. First of all, introduct sustainable development theory and its application in the theme park,then the theme park and profitable model has been defined and elaborated on the profitability of several major theme parks. Chapter3in the first place elaborates the development course of the theme park, from the first stage of development to the present popularity and sorts the theme parks. Chapter4, it elaborates the profitable model of theme park,Research on the profitable model of Disneyland,and get some experiences from it.Fifth, the case analysis part of the paper. Select Shenzhen OCT East theme park as an example, analyze the profitable model of Shenzhen OCT East, and based on the current status and questions of profitable model of Shenzhen OCT East,get the enhancement suggestions of its development to rise the research system.At last,get some experiences from OCT East profitable model, and make a conclusion ofdevelopment trend of theme park profitable model.
