Research On Evaluation System Of The Impacts On Scenic Caused By Community Participation In Tourism

Since the concept of Community participation in tourism Proposed, the theory and practice have achieved great development home and abroad .It become an unanimous recognition, the degree of attention about it is also increasing. As a more scientific, more harmonious development way of the tourism industry, a lot of tourist areas in China adopted it, and have achieved certain results.Because of the space is inseparable, share the resources, as well as the interactive on the information, after the implementation of the community participation in tourism , the relationship between the Communities and scenic spots become more closely. Community participation in tourism have a significant impact on the scenic spots ,Mainly including the economic impact, the environmental impact ,the social and cultural impact. The effects of the scenic spots are the manifestation of the result about the community participation in tourism. They relates to the development of scenic areas, the cooperation between communities and the scenic areas , even the harmonious development of the tourism , so it seems important to have a study on it.This study based on the full recognition of the scientific conception ---community participation in tourism ,let the Perspective focused on the evaluation of the impact in the scenic areas that formed because of the community participation in tourism, aim to establish systematic and comprehensive evaluation system to reflect the impacts of the scenic areas. This article is divided into seven parts, the first four parts, including the significance, background, method etc; the definition of related concepts, the theory of community participation in tourism; the content, form and stage about community participation in tourism; and the economic, social, cultural, environmental impacts of the scenic spots that formed because of the community participation in tourism; The most important of this paper are part of the fifth, sixth part, the main content of the fifth part is to use the main influencing factors and the multi-level analysis, then created the evaluation model. The sixth part of empirical analysis, including: the study of community participation in the state of the investigation, evaluation system of field applications, and the solution on the involvement there are still deficiencies. The last part summarizes the study's conclusions and the inadequacy of this study and future research directions.Article's main innovation is that in the perspective of the impact or changes about the scenic areas to look at the effects that community involvement in the development of tourism creates a more systematic system to evaluate the overall impact of scenic areas that community participation in tourism brought about. Through data analysis can also discover the process of community involvement there is still inadequacies in order to reach the effectiveness of community involvement in implementation, harmony scenic and community relations, to finally realize the sustainable development of tourism.
