The Risk Management Research And Application In The Project Of Automobile Production-development Of S-company

With the development of China's economy, the rapid rise of the domestic automotive industry has become the world's most important automotive markets. However, due to China's emergence and development of the automotive industry is not very long, most automotive companies have not yet set up a efficient risk management system .The poor risk management in product development projects has created a lot of adverse effects, and even lead to project failure. Therefore, it is important for the enterprises to development project risk management research in the automotive product management process.From the perspectives of the manager of the Automotive product development project and combined with the methods of risk management, this paper discuss the problems which exist in the S company's product development process .The outline of the paper goes as bellows:In the first chapter, depending on the domestic and international automotive industry research in risk management and the analysis of the status, the research paper described the backgrounds, the meaning and main content that will be study ; The second chapter analyzes characteristics of the risks of the project and characteristics of automotive product development in the process, and then research on the risk factors of the project.Based on the foundation of studying in preceding paragraphs, the third chapter analysis the automotive product development project status and risk management problems on S company's products, we use the risk management development conducted a study on the establishment of a risk management process, including risk identification, evaluation and response. After the identification of risk by using of the questionnaire method, then use AHP to quantify the qualitative indicators and sort of risks; and then the preparation of risk response plans, in accordance with plans to control risks. In this paper, we use establish the Risk management process and then put it into the actual product development process, at the same time the effect of the process is evaluated.In the chapter four, in the paper we apply the research results of S Company's car products development item risk management to the concrete car products development item, verify the result. At the end of the paper, it summarizes the results and the problems still exist for future prospective work.
