Study On Management And Controlling Model For Production Logistic In Manufacturing Industry Of Doors

The production mode of Doors Industry is a mix type production that is belonged to multi-varieties and small-batch manufacturing based on build to order (BOT). This type of production mode is more complicated and the higher demand and challenge has been induced in term of the production design, production manufacturing, the management and controlling of the Production Logistic and standardization and serialization of door's production. Therefore, the system of Production Logistic has been becoming more complicated in Doors Industry. Based on these analyses, in order to satisfy the production-mode of Job shop Manufacturing based on client customization products in Doors Industry, this paper would research the management model and controlling model of the Production Logistic in Doors Industry, and then explore the design proposal of information systems using this management model and controlling model.Firstly, according to the problem that was met in the process of Production Logistic and Job shop Manufacturing based on client customization in Doors Industry, a management model of the Production Logistic was put forward. This model builds a bond achieving the equilibrate logistics in workshop, and was supported by many kinds of soft technologies in Production Logistic. Based on this model, a hierarchical structure of the Production Logistic management in Doors Industry was analyzed. Aiming at the production characteristics of customization, the process of Production Logistics was constructed. Based on these researches, the unobstructed circulation of Production Logistics was realized.Secondly, by means of comparing and analyzing all kinds of controlling existed model about Production Logistics, combining the production characteristics of Job shop Manufacturing, a controlling model of Production Logistics integrating the Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Just In Time (JIT) was put forward. Based on these analyses, the control strategies, including the scheduling model about production department, the controlling module using TOC and the circulating materiel during the process of manufacturing, have been studied about Production Logistics in Doors Industry.Moreover, an management and controlling system about Production Logistic in Doors Industry was designed and developed, in order to standardize and informationize the management and controlling of Production Logistic. Though analyzing the prototype system, the validity using the management model and controlling model of the Production Logistic in Doors Industry was validated.At last, the mode and methods are preliminary applied in a doors manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and their validity is verified.
