Analysis And Discussion Of The Appropriate Inventory Model Of Costume Franchised Stores

In the 21st century the competitions among enterprises have transformed to the supply chain's, so should the costume enterprise do the management of supply chain. The factor that directly affects the enterprise's competitive ability and final profit is the supply chain's stock control. The costume franchised store acts as the enterprise's laboratory, in some extend, as an epitome of the costume enterprise, so the store's stock control has became the most important factor through the total supply chain. At present there is a big problem in the costume franchised store's stock control which is lack of reasonable and scientific despite the purpose of the stock control is optimizing the cost. In this paper we improve the existing stock control model according to the existing model associated with the actual situation of costume franchised store, to optimally control the store's cost. It provide reference for the else node enterprise in the total costume enterprise's supply chain and finally optimize the whole costume enterprise, economize the fund and enhance the profit.The first part of this paper we mainly tell the research status about the control model and summarize and conclude the achievement on the stock control at home and abroad; The second part tells some basic concept about stock and introduce several normal stock control model. It is focused on the problem in the process of management of the costume franchised store , associating with the stock control to optimize the store's cost and economize the fund input; The third part induce three new stock control model based on different situations through analyzing the store's sale date, associated with reforming some stock control model and analyzing the sensitivity of the factors that affect the reformed model, so as to provide the model in which the costume store's owner control the stock more reasonable and more scientific.This paper use the methods that combine theoretics analysis with actual situation, associated with the date analysis methods, establish the stock control model that suit to the costume franchise store, so it can have a positive signification to guiding the optimization of costume enterprise's stock cost and economization of the fund input.
