The Real Plight And The Path Selection Of Development Of Our Country's Work-Related Injury Rehabilitation System

As China's industrialization and urbanization process accelerated, the incidence of work-related accidents in China is also increasing. According to incomplete statistics, by 2008 the number of work-related injured workers has more than one million. Faced with such a huge number of injured workers, China's work-related injury rehabilitation system as one of three work-related injuries insurance, it has just begun. Many injured workers as a result of lack of timely and effective rehabilitation, the degree of disability increased, loss the body functions and living the poverty live. Based on this reality, this article make the research on China's work-related injury rehabilitation system.This paper use the empirical analysis method and normative analysis method. Firstly, introduce the work-related injury rehabilitation system, and under the guidance of the system standard, analyze the reality of the system's development. The reality including the country's overall situation, the situation in some areas of practice as well as their own work situation of employees. Through analysis we find out some problems and favorable conditions of this system's development. Then, the article also research some other countries'work-related injury rehabilitation system, contains Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, South Korea and Japan. And then summary their experience. Finally, in the above analysis and draw on the basis of foreign countries, according to China's national conditions, conclude the paths of work-related injury rehabilitation system. These paths contain three levels: macro-system, meso-system and micro-system. The macro system building is the basis for system development, meso-system to ensure operation of the system, micro-technology to enhance the sublimation of the system.
