A Study On The Status And Development Of China's Work-related Injury Rehabilitation System

As an important part of the modern industrial injury insurance system, work-related injury system emerged with the development of the whole system. Through the use of modern rehabilitation tools and techniques, work-related injury rehabilitation provides services as the medical rehabilitation and vocational rehabilitation to the work-related disability and thus plays an important role in the recovery of the worker's physical function and professional ability. Many countries pay gradually attention to the development of the system.Our country began to promote the comprehensive pilot project of the work-related injury rehabilitation actively in recent years, and has achieved considerable results. However, at the present, the whole system in China is still in the early exploration stage and have many problems in the design and operation process, such as the ambiguous rehabilitation law, the inadequate awareness and publicize, the lack of the system content, the chaos of the institution management, the lack of the technical and professional support. These negative factors have seriously restricted the function of the work-related injury rehabilitation system.The paper starts from the current development situation of our country's work-related injury rehabilitation system, and then analysis the reality problems in the system. Based on the learning of the experience in the rehabilitation system from both abroad and home, we investigate the further development countermeasures of the system in our country, considering the China's specific national conditions.The first part outlines the background of the topic, the overview of the domestic and international research content on this topic, the ideas and methods of the research, and also the innovation point of the thesis.The second part is mainly on the work-related injury rehabilitation theory research, including the meaning and content and also the theoretical basis of the system.The third part analysis the current development and problems of our country's work-related injury rehabilitation system.The forth part takes the comparative study to analysis the experiences of both the foreign work-related injury rehabilitation system and the domestic disability rehabilitation work.The last part investigates the .further development countermeasures of the system in our country from three levels based on the previous research work and the China's specific national conditions.
