With the modernrehabilitation technology, Injury rehabilitation offers medicalrehabilitation,occupation rehabilitation, social rehabilitation and other services fordisabled persons, which plays an important role in the recovery of the body functionand labor ability of injury worker. The development of work-related injuryrehabilitation system is also attracting more and more attention over the countries.This study starts from the current development situation of Shanghaiwork-related injury rehabilitation. Then try to analyses the reality problems in thesystem and causes of the problems. At last it puts forward some countermeasures forthe further development of the Shanghai work-related injury rehabilitationThe paper consists of five parts:The first part outlines the background，purpose and meaning of the topic, theoverview of both domestic and international research on this issue. And also the ideasand methods of the research, the innovation point of the thesis.The second part is mainly on the work-related injury rehabilitation theory research, including the meaning, characteristic and content, and also the theoreticalbasis of the system.The third part try to analyses current situation of Shanghai work-related injuryrehabilitation system, which starting from Shanghai city law and policy basis, thecurrent rehabilitation personnel and funds safeguard, work-related injuryrehabilitation agencies access system and the withdrawal system. After theinvestigation five of Shanghai rehabilitation hospitals, the paper tries to studyimplementation of Shanghai work-related injury rehabilitation system.The fourth part analysis the current problems of work-related injuryrehabilitation system of Shanghai. And try to find out the reasons of problem and thedepth of the existing.The last part put forward some further countermeasures of the system to thedevelopment of work-related injury rehabilitation system of Shanghai, which basedon the previous research work.
