A Study On Improvement Of Ningbo's Work Injury Rehabilitation Service System

Work injury rehabilitation is an important part of the industrial injury insurance system which includes industrial injury prevention,industrial injury compensation and work injury rehabilitation.Work injury rehabilitation service system plays an irreplaceable role in implementing workers' comprehensive rehabilitation and protecting workers' rights.As a economically developed city,there are many migrant workers in Ningbo.The number of people participating industrial injury insurances has increased year by year.However,it is so difficult to meet the increasing demand of work injury rehabilitation for Ningbo's work injury rehabilitation service system because of its relatively backward.In China,the research on work injury rehabilitation has not been paid enough attention.So there are few literature discussing the related theory and practice.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for future work of Ningbo's work injury rehabilitation service system construction through introducing relevant theory of work injury rehabilitation and researching the present situation of Ningbo's rehabilitation service system.This paper adopts documentary analysis,field survey,interview,questionnaire survey and other methods.At first,the article introduces background,significance and theoretical basis of this study.Meanwhile it constructs the analysis frame of work injury rehabilitation service system from the three dimensions(service content,service form,service level)and three elements(subject,object,run mode).Then,this paper describes the status quo of work injury rehabilitation system of Ningbo from present policy,initial success and a real case;summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems by using the analysis frame as a guide.At last,this paper uses interexternal successful experiences for reference and proposes five suggestions on perfecting the work injury rehabilitation service system of Ningbo.Through the research,this paper find problems including the imperfect supporting regulations,the lack of service resources and investment,the single type of service subject and the failure of informing a service network.In order to solve these problems and improve the Ningbo's work injury rehabilitation service system,we must set up a new management concept which is demandoriented and human-right oriented,change the role of the government,strengthen the cooperation between multiple subjects.
