The Survey Analysis Of Income And Expenditure To Mongolian Farmers In Kezuohouqi

This paper based on field investigation of rural area in Kezuohouqi,take Wulanchaolu and Alishunwendu Gacha, to study income and expenditure in the Mongolian by obtaining first-hand information based on surveys of farmers in this region.There are consist of Therey parts in this paper. In the first part, analyse the income of the farmers by investigate the situation of the Mongolian region. the investigation of a simple overview of the region, mainly from the geographical location, natural conditions, outlined the basic situation in the region, analyse the income of the farmers by investigate the situation of the Mongolian region.Experiencing 30 years of reform and opening-up, the rural economy and agriculture has entered a new historical stage of development. Especially for the introduction of the national forests (grassland), the agricultural tax reform and policy of food subsidies, farmers have greatly gained great enthusiasm in the production and living, the increases of income and better living conditions. However, based on the investigate , internal structure of the primary industry in this reagion is unreasonable, moreover insufficient attention to the development of animal husbandry, so the income of the farmers grow more slowly. Up to now, farmers have not yet been realized to investigate well-off life. Therefore, a reasonable adjustment of the survey area farmers Mongolian is the internal structure of the primary industry in the region, which also roots the cause of protecting the environment. The second part, to investigate expenditure and analyse Mongolian farmers'living conditions. In recent years, as the investigation of the income growth, the structure of expenditures has also greatly changed. Production of fixed capital, low, mid-range of expenditures for durable goods continue to increase. However, the structure of expenditures, there are still unreasonable impact on the revenue growth for the farmers,which including production expenditure towards agricultural, the low importance of animal husbandry development;expenditure on daily necessities towards education and health care is not high, the problem of their children's gambling and so on. Therefore, a reasonable adjustment of the expenditure structure and increase investment in education and health care expenditures and improve the quality of the farmers, science and technology, information to guide the acts of economy and living of farmers. The third part of the survey area, to carry out economic analysis for Mongolian farmers income and expenditure. To investigate the impact of the Mongolian area farmers ,to compare income and expenditure based on the income of the farmers affected by the analysis of growth factors, and finally put forward several suggestions to solve these problems.
