Top management team are the core of the entire enterprise team to assume a strategic decision by executives of the duty of the business performance and organization of its development. In the fierce competition, the top management team will give the decision-making mistakes in business which are often difficult to assess the overall loss. In recent years, an increasing number of foreign scholars began the performance of the senior management team of the research, and have achieved fruitful results. With the global economic integration and information technology, new energy revolution, the rapid development of China's enterprises have been expanding, more and more to participate in international competition, many enterprises are being formed or already formed a senior management team to cope with the increasing complexity facing and rapidly changing business environment. Thus, the enterprises in our country to start the performance of senior management team research, for business development services to build enterprise's core competitiveness, an important theoretical and practical value. In this paper, in the first chapter on the performance of the senior management team studies the background and practical significance, while the innovation of this article and deficiencies summarized.
