| Along with global economy fast developing, performance management in business management is more and more important. Among this, the performance measurement which is in the core position is also more and more paid more attention by the enterprise, and already became the key point of the enterprise human resources management and financial management. Performance management must face how to work through the examination of financial indicators improve the company's performance problems. Performance measurement Indicators' setting almost is the key of designing the Performance measurement system.This paper has researched on GT Company, concerned with the design of performance appraisal system. GT Company is the Civil Aviation Northeast ATMB subordinate units. Due to historical reasons, the performance appraisal, it exists many defaults include appraisal level, appraisal technology and methods.This paper is developed along a sequence of raising, analyzing and solving questions by statistics analysis as well as demonstration study. The techniques of Management by human resource management and financial management are applied to design the company's performance appraisal, by financial instruments and non-financial means of combining.Therefore, this paper proposes the basic theories and knowledge which correlate to performance measurement firstly. Second, it analyses the current status of GT Company's performance measurement, finds the problems and gives projects to solve those problems. Finally, gives estimate to the feasibility of those projects. |
