Combine with professional construction supervision practice in GL Hydropower Station, I Analyse features of the GL Hydropower Project management model. And extract the characteristics of GL Project management. This paper put forward GL model is typical case that supervision system transition to comprehensive project management, which have important referential value at large hydropower station construction and management of separation in future and commissioned hydropower supervision enterprise project management development.
