A Long Effective Mechanism Of Innovation For China Mobile Group Guangdong Corporation

In the 21^st century, Chinese enterprises face serious challenges in competitive edge, because the competitive environment transfers from static into dynamic.Advance in technology innovation, the main source of enterprise competitive advantage is the lifeline for the high-tech enterprises. Under the condition of telecom restructure in 2008 and 3G licenses, an outstanding problem for Chinese telecom operators is how to maintain competitive advantage in technology innovation in this dynamic environment.The paper integrates theory and practice and analyzes the technology innovation of telecom operators, taking China Mobile Group Guangdong Corporation for example to provide a long effective mechanism of technology innovation for telecom operators, including innovation evaluation operation, innovation incentive mechanism and innovation cooperation mechanism. More over, this article brings forward scientific basis for innovation management development of telecom operators by empirical study on degree of collaborative innovation in different operators.
