Study On Self-Enhance Mechanism Of Technological Innovation Performance In Enterprises Under Industry Cluster

Under the 2008 financial crisis, many enterprises in China especially those export-oriented ones are threatened with existence, even some are on the verge of bankrupt. Besides the change of macro environment, the deficiency of technological innovation ranks the primary reason. Consequently, promoting the innovation and improving its performance becomes a burning issue both in theory and practice.As an idealized model of regional economies development and a system of self-organization, industry cluster agrees with enterprises' desire to improve the ability on Technological Innovation. Consequently, it immensely enriches both material and non-material goods needed in the innovation, providing sound environment and obviously enhancing performance effect. That's what self-enforce mechanism means in this thesis.Three parts are involved: theoretical analysis, empirical study and countereasures and suggestions.In the first part, the thesis draws into Self-Organization Theory and logically deducts how industry cluster operates the Self-enforce Mechanism of Technological Innovation Performance in Enterprises. The innovation is a process of orienting direction, taking measures and popularizing achievements with the push of innovative impetus. The thesis holds that the improvement of innovation performance is due to the active effect that the industry cluster exerts on each connection. Therefore, the thesis takes the whole process of innovation as the breakthrough point and concretely divides it into four mechanisms: dynamical, informational, cooperative and proliferate. It's the corporate and harmonious operation that continuously improves the performance. In the second part, the model to assess the self-enforce mechanism is constructed. The statistical analysis of data from 10 kinds of industry cluster totaling 240 enterprises proves the enhancing effect. The degree of effect from all the factors is also well manifested through model. Finally draws the research conclusion: pressure of competition, the policy drove, the knowledge overflow, the good partnership, the good interaction learning process, the technical diffusion and the good market feedback have the positive role to the technological innovation performance in enterprises.In the third part, the thesis puts forwards some proposes such as to establish consciousness of independent innovation and enhance the mechanism for innovative dynamics, to widen the channel of communication and improve the mechanism of innovation information, to establish a platform for enterprises cooperation and advance the cooperative mechanism of innovation, to foster the network of regional industries and to upgrade the mechanism of innovation proliferation etc. In such ways can the self-enforce effect be into full function.
