This thesis is based on large-scale researches and the substantial evidences, aimed at investigation and related theories review of High technology Enterprise, along the logic way of Creativity Climate-Team Creativity-Team effectiveness, launches a series of theories and experience studies:Firstly, The dimension of Team Creativity is subjected to Creativity Climate influence, which includes"organizational support", management way","pressure","misson type","trust""mission character","resources",under this creativity climate, the team creativity then influences three dimension"results","team growth","market adaptability".Secondly, in the Reliability analysis, the coefficient of Cronbach a is all higher than 0.6, which explains that the measure of the consistency is high and internal structure is good. In the factorization, the date conclusion of other creativity climate and assumption are consistent. The result of mission characteristic and what is originally supposed are inconsistent, on these grounds, we change to 2 factors from 3 medium factors that we originally supposed, which then totally explained 79.191% variations. The conclusion is indicated, Structure effect degree of creativity climate model is fine, fairly good main component have reflected reality that the model refines. Measure of typical model analysis explains that creativity climate and team creativity are related significantly. In the circumstances, the relativity of team creativity and team effectiveness are significant, at 0.05 of significant level, related coefficient is 0.967. The conclusion is indicated, under specially creativity climate, team creativity has active effect to team effectiveness.The square analysis shows that, team climate and the influence of team creativity on team effectiveness are not same in different characteristic of enterprise and team, such as sale, number, and time.Thirdly, for the problem that the research team meets practically, such as Concept, ideological root-cause and authority are assigned; we redesign the Organize structure, communicate with mechanism, authority assign mechanism, risk measures to judge and superintend guarantee mechanism of research structure from the system level; and put forward a corresponding plan facing company , leader and scientific research team.
