With continuous innovation and new technology development, especially on the Internet as the representative of the development of information technology, the world entered a new era. In the new environment, the development of enterprises has changed. Mainly reflected in the economic globalization, enterprises, especially multinational corporations as the main carrier of economic globalization. Overall, the modern enterprise is moving in international, large-scale, project cooperation, direction, which requires as many aspects of internal adjustments and changes in organizational structure in which the design and development for enterprise development.Organizational structure, has been an important aspect of theoretical research in corporate management. Modern organizational structure mainly refers to the various subsystems of an enterprise, the various elements and their mutual relationships. Specifically, it refers to enterprises in all sectors of the composition, duties and powers of the mutual relationships. The organizational structure is to organize the pattern of relationships between the various parts, to clarify the distribution of the work, who is responsible to whom and internal coordination. It consists of the organization's goals, tasks and environmental conditions of the decision, an official of the organization within the command system, communication system, the decision has a direct effect on the organization of human social psychology also affect the performance of business activities and have a great the impact. To some extent determine the effects of business activities and organizational goals.This paper cited the traditional and the modern organization theory in the literature review part, and describes the traditional and modern organizational model to correspond to the corresponding stage of business development, then using H company's background and the Enterprise Services department's organization structure as the example to illustrate the matrix organizational structure internal relationship between the various elements of the system, the distribution and coordination between responsibility, power and right, analyze the necessary to adopt matrix organization structure to achieve the organizational goals, explaining strengths and weaknesses.On the matrix organizational structure, with the combination of instructions and examples, this paper is trying to point out that when the organization in order to simultaneously achieve multiple goals, a matrix organizational structure is a way to reduce costs and improve efficient, under the premise of the process, technical and other supporting conditions tend to completion. Simultaneously, there are many problems in the matrix organizational structure, such as the balance and conflict of the power, communication problems, human resource issues, companies can adjust to circumvent them. I hope this matrix structure research on the foreign company will provide a reference on the reform of organization structure to large state-owned enterprises in our country.
