Consequently, we must study on the following subjects: such as how to exert technical and economic advantages on scale, speed, and efficient etc, and how to promote the efficiency of transportation organization, to improve the transportation innovation as the background of production in a large scale, management in intensive operation, and intendance in a fine way, and how to promote the direction of development of railway freightage to centralization, over loading, etc and how to promote development of economy in the rapid and harmonious way.
