China Dairy developed rapidly these years, and has become an outstanding industry of food industry. As foreign dairy giants have moved into the domestic market, China Dairy faces fierce competition. How to win in the competition has become the biggest problem for China Dairy. The best way is to implement supply chain management. This article studies on the strategies of supply chain management of China Dairy.Firstly, it introduces the basic theory of supply chain management. It describes the contents and mind of supply chain management, and analyses the objectives and difficulties of supply chain management. This chapter paves way for the following.Secondly, it analyses the status quo of China Dairy supply chain management. It summarizes and analyses the status quo of China Dairy and its supply chain management. It analyses the profit Game mechanism of China Dairy's supply chain and points out the problems of China Dairy's supply chain. Thirdly, it proposes solutions against the problems of China Dairy's supply chain management, including improving the cooperation mechanism, establishing information-sharing mechanism, strengthening the cold chain logistics management, and implementing the HACCP quality management system based on supply chain management.Finally, it takes Mengniu Group as the example to carry on diagnosis analysis.
