Construction Of Rnergy-Saving Mechanism For Construction In Hebei Province

Through learning from domestic and international factors on the development of building energy efficiency research and according to the actual situation in Hebei province,the main purpose of this study is to analysis the build energy-saving factor in the development of the construction industry in Hebei Province and build a suitable mechanism for the development of energy-saving models in the hope of our province and even the provinces for the development of building energy-saving theory. In this paper, the main analysis method combine the qualitative with quantitative.Firstly, the right domestic and foreign research results were analyzed and summarized, in order to construct theoretical models of this article provided the basis and purpose of the study presented in this paper.Secondly, introduce the related knowledge about building energy conservation, the significance of the implementation of building energy efficiency and the structural equation model. And analysis the development of building energy efficiency at home and abroad, as well as the development of building energy efficiency in Hebei Province, and analysis the development of building energy-saving factors, that is, government regulation, corporate participation, product invention, building energy-saving promotion, construction industry, standardization. according to the intrinsic relationship of the six factors,and build out of the theoretical model which influnce the development of building energy efficiency in our province , explain the various factors and the relationship between building energy efficiency, and analysis the stitution of the government regulation, corporate participation, product research and development, construction energy-saving promotion, construction industry, standardization situation in Hebei Province.Again, the use of structural equation modeling analysis of the construction industry in our province energy development mechanism model. In this process, through a questionnaire survey method to raise building energy-saving factors relevant data, and then using AMOS software analysis and analysis of the structure of the model used to explain and validate assumptions.Finally, proposing the suggestion from building energy-saving awareness, laws and regulations, suppliers .
