With the arrival of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the core resource of enterprises even the whole supply chain. Knowledge sharing among supply chain members will be the important method to improve knowledge levels and operation efficiency of supply chain, and have a huge boost to competitiveness too. According to TPB, intentions to the behavior has a direct and important effect on the behavior. Therefore this paper researches the influence factors of intentions to supply chain knowledge sharing in at the organizational level according to the TPB model, and finds out the factors to improve intentions to supply chain knowledge sharing to promote knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises.Based on the summary of the literature about SCM and knowledge management, the thesis sums up influence factors of intentions to knowledge sharing(IKS) among supply chain members, including Expected Revenue(ER) and Cost of Sharing(CS), Trust(T), Knowledge Absorptive Capacity(KAC) and Barrier Attribution of Technical Knowledge(BATK), and takes attitudes toward knowledge sharing(AKS), subjective norm(SN), and perceived behavioral control(PBC) as intermediary variables to build influence factor model of IKS among supply chain members. Then it can be used to analyse the influencing process, and propose hypotheses. Based on the research on measuring scales, this paper makes some modification to form the questionnaire and we provide them to the enterprises. And the paper discusses reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of questionnaires to ensure the reliability and validity. After conducting the analysis using SEM by Lisrel 8.7, this paper verifies relevant hypothesis according to the results of data analysis. The empirical results show that ER has positive influence on AKS, and T has positive influence on SN, and KAC and BATK has positive influence on PBC, and CS and T hava no significant impact on AKS. And AKS and PBC have direct influence on IKS. But SN has indirect influence on IKS through AKS. Overall, ER, T, KAC and BATK indirectly affect IKS.Finally, the paper makes attempt to discuss and explain the hypothesized results, and propose some relevant strategies and suggestions to improve intentions to supply chain knowledge sharing according to actual situations.
