Since the financial turmoil, the financial industry of china is also affected to different degrees of impact, trust companies are no exception. In order to address the financial turmoil, we need to operate resources, management focus on making adjustments, while the establishment and improvement of human resources management mechanisms, especially the performance management system, is one of the indispensable key link. As an important component of the management, performance management has been a number of the company's importance as human resources management and practices in key issues. But so far, against our trust companies in employee performance management research literature are quite limited. At the same time, our trust companies have their distinctive characteristics in the personnel characteristics, organizational structureThis paper follows the principle of integrating theory with practice, based on the historical evolution of Chinese trust companies to set up the background, operating characteristics. The paper comprehensive use economics, finance, management science and sociology and other disciplines theory, and study the performance management of trust company. This paper is divided into four parts: First, set out the performance management at home and abroad on the theory and methods of research; Second, analysis of Chinese Trust performance management problems and their causes; again, present trust companies in employee performance management system construction method; Finally, set an example of Chinese Trust carried out a case in point analysis. The Paper use a variety of management methods and tools to determine the performance evaluation index system, make full use of the results of performance appraisal recommendations, and establish a employee performance management system of trust company.
