Performance management is the core of human resource management. How to determine the performance management objectives, and establish a suitable performance management system of the enterprise, it is the most difficult issue in the field of human resource management not only for foreign enterprises, but also for domestic enterprises, they also explore it for many years but havn't a set of good solution. No matter what stage of development for enterprise, the performance management can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,so promoting performance management is very necessary. Performance management is particularly important in a mature business, organizational and individual performance will not made continuous improvement if there is no effective performance management, organizations and individuals can not meet the needs of the brutal competition in the market,Even will be eliminated. Many companies put more effort into trying to performance management, many managers believe that a fair assessment of the contribution of employees, provide a basis for employees based on payroll, incentive performance of outstanding employees, poor supervision and performance of staff is key to performance management purposes.
