After the financial crisis, Chinese enterprises make transformation in order to strengthen risk resisting and competitive ability . With the transformation , "talents shortage" happened in domestic enterprises of developed eastern coastal areas. This phenomenon seriously exposes defect of human resource management for enterprises . The talented person is the most valuable resource in enterprises. Enterprises are attaching important to develop,manage and optimize human resource increasingly. In this process, training as an important part of human resources management plays an indispensable role,and it is a significant means of talents improvement. In recent years, experiential training are widely used by enterprises . But the theory study of experiential training is still not deep, and research achievement of the individual features which influence experiential training effect still few. Although learning style play an important part in training as individual features,it haven't got more attention. On the basis of previous research,this paper from the aspects of psychology gives comprehensive analysis which the learning style effect on experiential training and makes empirical research.Basde on consulting literature material and analysing theories, this paper proposes a series of hypothesises of Learning style influencing training reaction and learning effect. By means of empirical research ,this paper discovers that the cognitive learning styles (including field dependence and field independence, Reflectivity and Impulsivity), emotional factors (including achievement motive,anxiety and control point) influence experiential training. Achievement motive and impulsivity influence training reaction extremely, and these support hypothesises; Achievement motive,reflectivity,Internal control also has a significant positive correlation with learning effect, and these support hypothesis. By means of empirical research , this paper also discovers that the specific self-efficacy not only impacts on training directly but also affects it indirectly by intervening mechanism which impact on achievement motive and anxiety.The author collect and read plenty of material in Chinese and English involved experiential training and learning style etc; The author also organizes and participates in this experiential training activities ;Based on the scales of the comprehensive famous scholars at home and abroad, the author designs learning style and training assessment scales which have been tested and have good reliability and validity ;In order to process the data, this paper adopts the advanced SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis of the samples, and it greatly improves the efficiency and scientificity of research.In the above results this paper puts forward instructive suggestions for enterprises and training institutions. From the aspect of learning style, this paper in accordance with the philosophy of "teach students in accordance of their aptitude" makes an analysis on the issue that whether current training methods match learning style, how to make the training style according to trainees' different learning style etc; From the aspect of analysis on trainees' learning style, this paper analyzes the intervening approach how to stimulate trainees' achievement motive, improve the self-efficacy and reduce anxiety level which can improve learning style in order to reach the best training effect.
