Based On DPSIR About Ecological Port Groups Assessment System In Liaoning Province

The ecological construction of port suits the construction of ecological civilization in transportation industry.To strengthen ecological port construction, to achieve comprehensive utilization of port resources, environmental harmony, economic efficiency, to infiltrate the concept of about protection of the port environment during construction and operation,maximize the resource utilization of the port, largely reduce negative effects of regional environment in which to promote "natural-economic-social"harmony model,the "port-human-nature"concept of the ecological environment in harmony,permeate port construction and operations related to the work to be the realization of "a beautiful environment, efficient energy saving, clean production, discharge standards, utilization", optimize port development environment.Therefore, the ecological construction of the port group worth further study.Firstly, this paper began with the domestic and foreign research on the city relations, port group, port sustainable development, evaluation and indicators for the port area of the four cases summarized; integrated ecology,economics,ecological economics, system theory that the theory of four subjects for the ecological port group to prepare a sufficient theoretical basis;proposed ecological port group definition, connotation and denotation.Secondly, the paper analyzed domestic ports and abroad about current situation of ecological construction, in particular, refined New York-New Jersey port groups, Japan's Tokyo bay port groups, Sydney ports and five ports in China.The experience for the development of port group will be reference for Liaoning province.Again, according to the status of Liaoning province, the paper used Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response model to establish a set of ecological evaluation indicator system, evaluated with the data from year 2006 to 2009,which showed the development of the volatility inherent and good prospects. Finally, the papers put forward some suggestions from the social, economic and environmental aspects.They will promte the development of Liaoning ecological port groups.
