Based On DPSIR About Ecological Port Groups Assessment System Of Liaoning Province

Currently, the ports in China are facing the key period of transformation. During this period, all the major domestic ports put forward the concept of constructing ecological port. The construction of ports in Liaoning province also need to develop in the direction of the low carbon and green. It is not only to improve the economic development and the competitiveness of the whole ports in Liaoning province, but also to meet the requirement of sustainable development. Environmental concept has deepened into all aspects in port construction. We should take the advantage of the port resources, improve the resource utilization rate, decrease the negative impact on regional ecological environment, and promote the harmony between the port and the surrounding ecological environment. To build a port with low carbon, beautiful environment and standard discharging will be the goal of port construction in ChinaThis article, firstly, provides the theoretical basis for the construction of ecological port by referring to some developed theory both at home and abroad. It introduces the concept and the profound connotation of ecological ports. This article introduces the basic theory of ecological port from three aspects-the principle of ecology, ecological economics and sustainable development, which provides the most powerful theory basis.Secondly, this article introduces the effort that domestic and foreign countries have put in the ecological construction of advanced port and port groups. It summarizes the valuable experience of advanced ports, which provides precious advice in the ecological construction of ports in Liaoning province.Finally, the paper emphatically introduces the DPSIR evaluation system, which establishes a complete evaluation system of ecological ports group. Based on relative data, this system will make an evaluation on the ecological construction of ports group in Liaoning province, conclude the characteristics of inherent fluctuation, and put forward suitable suggestion according to the evaluation system.
