The contradiction in labor relations is an important attribute that affects social harmonious. Along with the unceasing development of non-public economy, the market economy benefit mechanism negative function shows non-harmonious of the systems, which cause the labor relations contradiction to highlight gradually. Therefore, for leading harmonious development of labor relations of non-public enterprises, it is a very important act to discuss the measures correctly to deal with them as soon as possible.From the research of theories on harmonious development of labor relations, combining the actuality of labor relations in China at present and based on how to develop harmonious labor relations in non-public enterprises, this paper has used methods of induction, synthesis, contrast, analysis, which point out the detailed method of dealing with problems of labor relations in Tianjin Xingye Machine Co., Ltd. in order to raise its competition capacity in the market.
