Automobile industry is a highly correlated industry which has a strong influence on the whole national economy. It can create huge industrial output value, promote the development of other industries, to promote the country's infrastructure development and improved to provide greater employment opportunities for the role. Vietnam's automobile industry is " immaturity" stage of development Vietnam's automotive industry base is very weak, low quality of employees, skill level is low. Vietnam's automobile industry now receives the attention of government which considers the development of automobile industry as a major national project. Vietnam's automobile Industry for today's primary task is to build a sustainable innovative ability of management while establishing a strong management infrastructure, in particular, reduce cost and improve efficiency and quality of capacity. By studying a variety of advanced methods of production we have come to a conclusion:To get out of this storm, research and promotion of the Toyota Production System (TPS) is the best choice for the automotive industry in Vietnam. Vietnam's automobile industry's present situation and the Japanese Toyota Motor Corporation is quite similar on producing a strong product and focused on the renovation of the situation. Culture refers to all the staff in the business and enterprise development in the process of training and are subject to compliance with the goals, values and behavior. Culture is a culture of enterprise system, forms, corporate culture, material culture and entrepreneurial spirit formed Toyota has its own cultural identity, their culture has a lot of the Japanese of culture factors but Vietnam culture and company culture are different from its. And specific strategies are as follows:the establishment of people-centered people in this culture; establish a continuous improvement culture; leaders change of mind.Thus, I propose cultural change and technology from the standpoint of both, the promotion of the associated TPS, the combination of the three corporate culture will reflect on the formation of the core methods needed which ensuring the success of Vietnamese enterprises to promote conditions for TPS.
