As the market economy system to further standardize and perfect the face of international capital into and full competition in the market trend, the development of private enterprises to face market, financial and internal management of multiple factors such as stress. Private enterprise in order to achieve greater development and evergreen, must be oriented towards the fine, large-scale, intensive business direction of trial and error and move forward if we continue to inherit the past, extensive mode of operation and management, is bound to the market eliminated.Tianhao real estate company is China's real estate market, established shortly after the official launch, and after ten years of development, has been made in the local brilliant performance, and has developed into a benchmark for local real estate business, but with the market economy system are maturing and the increasingly fierce market competition, particularly since the financial crisis in 2008, the company highlighted the growing contradiction between the internal management, cross functional, organizational slack, inefficiency and other problems are seriously hindering the sustainable development of enterprises. To this end, enterprise level through the introduction of performance management, business management approach to trying to resolve the bottleneck problems in order to achieve greater operational efficiency, improve operational effectiveness, ensure the completion of business objectives of the operation and management purposes.Performance management ideas and methods around the world are being used by many companies, performance management, stress the importance of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating co-control management tool to make business, departments and employees to improve individual performance to ensure that corporate strategic goals the realization of sustainable development of enterprises play a significant supporting role.In this paper, Tianhao real estate company as the research object, in accordance with relevant theory and knowledge of performance management, combined with the status quo and strategic business development needs, in line with performance management, people-oriented management of the essence of the enterprise operating the existing performance management problems and deficiencies in the program carried out in-depth analysis, and finally explore a set of both to meet the needs of the market mechanism, but also be able to adapt to modern business management needs, to enhance the enterprise's management level and to improve the effectiveness of strategic business operations-oriented performance management system.
