Human resources management as an important part of modern real estate enterprise management, performance management as a complete system is a core part of human resource management activities, is the basis for personnel decisions, improve employee productivity through effective performance management performance, thereby improving overall corporate performance, this approach has been accepted by more and more real estate companies.With the effect of the national macro-control policies started to become apparent, since the past six months, the turnover of China’s real estate market continued to slump, some cities, housing prices began to decline, real estate financing channels for enterprises blocked the majority of developers in trouble. Real estate companies are facing unprecedented challenges, and they are to survive and even to achieve development, we must strengthen the management of the business, improving the overall performance. However, the survey found, the current performance management of the Inner Mongolia Yitai Real Estate Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as estate companies) is still in its infancy in the performance management more or less the existence of the erroneous ideas, and specific program design and implementation of a lack of systematic and scientific, is often difficult to achieve the desired results. Therefore designed a set of scientific, perfect, in line with the actual situation of the property companies and performance management system to meet the development needs of corporate strategy, and strictly enforced, for property companies, it is very important.In this paper, the theory of performance management, through personally involved in developing and interviews, a detailed understanding of the performance management of the home company. Performance management theory, analysis of the real estate enterprise performance management status quo, on the basis of summing up the author and human resources management experience and lessons learned, drawing on the successful experience has been the implementation of performance management, enterprise, to create room performance management model for real estate companies, combined with the concrete practice of the performance management of the property companies, sorting out a performance management program for long-term development of the property companies, specific operational ideas and methods of operation to the home buyers of the company performance management, and thus indirectly help the company better and faster development.
