Research On Harmonious Management Of Labor Relations In The Export Processing Enterprise

Enterprise is a basic product unit in the social and its harmony is the basic requirement to the social's harmony, accordingly, labor relation's harmony is the important content to the social's harmony. This research is focused on the harmonious management of labor relations in the export processing enterprise. On the research way, this article is being concerned with our country's social status and request at present, is making base on the research achievements accomplished both home and abroad, and combing theories with case studies to make further researches; On the research content, this article is focused on the practical problems arise in the export processing enterprises in labor relations management, for the helps of in-depth understanding and grasping both on the essence and regulation of labor relations, try to find a system method and path to construct a harmonious labor relation between enterprise and employees. And then, this article research on the author's company for a specific example of the export processing enterprises, provide concrete analysis on the management question of labor relations and give a harmonious management solutions.This article aims to promote the harmonious development of labor relations in enterprises,to realize the optimization of human resources management and achieve healthy operation of internal systems in the enterprise.
