Current our country is in economic and social transition period, the labor relations contradiction into Tuesday,the task of building a harmonious labor relations. Is an important part of the production relations, labor relations is one of the most basic and most important social relationships. Whether the harmonious labor relations, bears on the immediate interests of the broad worker and the enterprise, is a matter of economic development and social harmony. The establishment of harmonious labor relationship is a relationship in the field of comprehensive, wide coordination, is a concentration of employees, enterprise, government and other various social factors. At this stage in the development of market economy situation, whether harmonious labor relations is directly related to enterprise's own development. There are many factors that can lead to labor relations is not harmonious, such as: management mechanism is unreasonable,unscientific allocation system, internal management is not democracy, lack of supervision, management and communication at the grass-roots level the effect not beautiful, lack of sense of belonging, and so on. The development of the political work,to the labor relationship building process to conduct a comprehensive control and management, promote the synchronous development of the enterprise and worker,highlight its linkage effect, resolve for internal conflicts and contradictions. Only for political work a full play to the advantages and characteristics, to better promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.Harmonious labor relations, on the one hand, can stimulate the employees'creativity and enthusiasm to work, improve work efficiency, bring higher economic benefits for the enterprise; Is advantageous to the enterprise, on the other hand, building a harmonious relationship with other stakeholders body, make the consumers know more about business, improve the visibility and reputation of the enterprise, establish a reliable corporate image, create a good social environment for the development of enterprises. Based on the current China's economic system construction of non-public enterprise harmonious labor relations, is the foundation of people's livelihood, is the need of maintaining social equity and justice, is the guarantee to the healthy development of the economy.Along with the reform and opening-up and the further development of China's market economy, labor relations is becoming an inevitable important subject in the process of economic development and sensitive social problem. Harmonious and stable labor relations, marking and stable, national prosperity, the so-called peaceful country and safe people, and the logical administration. From tianjin port status of the labor relations of W company,this paper through the analysis and research,comprehensive building enterprise harmonious labor relations.
