Harmonious Labor Relations Strategies Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises To Build

Labor relation is the most basic and important social relation in modern social and economic life while whether the labor relation is harmonious or not directly relates to the development of the enterprise and the stability of society. Machinery manufacturing industry covers the whole process including product design, manufacturing, raw material procurement, warehousing, transportation, order processing, wholesale, retail and after-sale service and so on. Due to the characteristics of the industry and the staff, the enterprise of this type is the hardest hit area where labor disputes frequently occur, which has a certain degree of typical significance to the research on its labor relation.This paper is based on the status quo of the labor relation of mechanical manufacturing industry in H District, comprehensively adopting literature analysis, empirical research and other methods to make suggestions for enterprises of this type to establish harmonious labor relation.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research, defining the related concept of labor relation and summarizing the research result and management status quo of labor relations at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the management status quo of the machinery manufacturing enterprises in H District, it summarizes the problems lying in the labor relations of enterprises of this type and the reasons through analyzing the influencing factors of the labor relation. Thirdly, selected the harmonious labor relations of mechanical manufacturing enterprise in H District as the research sample, analyzed two typical enterprises of different characteristics of the case.At last, based on the idea of cooperative game, and proposed the establishment harmonious labor relationship management model of mechanical manufacturing enterprise, so as to provide references for the labor relation management of enterprises of such type.
