Research On Development Strategy Choice And Countermeasures Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Xinjiang

The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) have been always playing an important role in the economic activities of our country. At the same time, the nation also attaches importance to the development of SMEs along with setting a lot of related policies.But since the financial crisis caused from American time debt crisis, SMEs have been subjected to significant influence, particularly SMEs in Pearl River Delta. So how to make SMEs tide over this cold winter becomes the keystone that the government and academe discuss. The development of SMEs again becomes the focus that people pay attention to after 2003.According to the background, this article takes SMEs in Xinjiang as a research object to discuss the problems on strategic choice of its development and countermeasures. This article is divided into five parts:in part one, it mainly introduces background, meanings and methods of researching. In part two, it is academic foundation and introduces the general situation of SMEs and theories on the stratagems of enterprise development. In part three, in addition to briefly analyzing the status quo of SMEs in Xinjiang, it appraises the integrative strength of SMEs all over the country and Xinjiang. In part four, according to the traits of SMEs in Xinjiang, it puts forward the though of strategy choice of SMEs in Xinjiang. In part five, it introduces the countermeasures and suggestions of the implementing development.
