| This paper analyzed these problems that are in current performance management of the power generation and proposed the corresponding solution strategies. On this basis, this paper build a power generation enterprise performance evaluation index system through the analysis and the use of KPI indicators, combined with power generation business macro environment, industry characteristics, industry value chain, market structure and enterprise capacity analysis. This paper is trying to solve the problem that system do not pay attention to the financial evaluation, did not reflect the environmental requirements, and breaking flaws that the evaluation system structure is irrational.In practice, the performance appraisal system of this paper proposed, consistent with industry characteristics and combined with the environmental characteristics of power enterprises. So it can be used as the reference of China's power generation performance assessment. It has practical significance to effective evaluate the performance of power generation, enhancing power generation the competitiveness of enterprises, promote the reform of the conduct of power enterprises. |
