Research On Evaluation Of Land Trim Project Implement Benefit In Tumote Plain

Land trim is an important means which improve the quality of infield,increase effective area of infield, enhance the capacity of farmland irrigate and drainage,improve agricultural production conditions and ecological environment. Land trim has played an important role in improving agricultural productivity,ensure food security,support construction of the new rural, in promoting the socio-economic environment develop coordinately in China.Because national attention in recent year, land trim has made rapid progress and remarkable achievements, especially in cultivated area and the land production. However there are still many problems, for example feasibility studies of land trim project join confusily with planning and design, regarding social benefits and economic benefits but despising eco-efficiency. The development trend of land trim depend on the comprehensive benefits of land trim. The estimate of land trim implement benefit is an important part of land trim. This shows that researching on evaluation of land trim implement benefit of the paper has important practical significance for grasping roundly the effect of land trim on the regional scale, for determining emphases of regional land trim and determining planning that land reclamation and development.In this paper, take eight land trim project of Tumote plain for example, take evaluation of land trim implement benefit as the support,Based on previous studie,based on previous studies, summarized systemicly research dynamic trend on domestic and foreign land trim; Through collecting status basal data and related data with land trim of project area,and analysis systemicly, select 15 evaluate indexes from the economic, social and ecological benefits aspects,construct index system of evaluation of land trim implement benefit which are suitable for the actual situation of project area; Then apply AHP to determine the weight of indexes; Then apply TOPSIS model to evaluate the implement benefit of eight projects in study area.The results of comprehensive implementation benefit evaluation are one excellent value of 1-0.76,three good value of 0.5-0.75,three qualified value of 0.25-0.49 and one poor value below0.24. Overall,implementation of land trim project in Tumote plain is successful.Finally, though analyzing study results, in order to continue to enhance land trim implement benefit in Tumote plain, propose many countermeasures as follow : use richly local natural economic advantages, according to local conditions, combined with land trim project, develop local economies. Combined with land trim implement of the project area, promote land trim industrial development of project area. Improve the technical level of land consolidation. Improve management measures of land trim implementation. Do good work of land ownership survey in the project area.
