In the areas of human resource management, performance management is the core of human resources management and development. It is the most systematic appraisal project. But this kind of process and the result will influent directly to the other aspects of human resources works, and then it will have an impact on the company's human resource policies and overall operating results.To strive for development, L, a local private company in Shanxi province, needs a scientific performance management system, which is in accordance with company's practical condition and strategic demands and should be effectively implemented.The paper gives an introduction about the research background and significance of the reseach and makes brief analysis about relevant theories of performance management,making preparations of theory and methods for the following research.Then, L corporate performance management status using survey method conducted research and analysis, to find the existing performance management system problems.According to the company the strategic adjustment of status, the use of balanced scorecard, key performance indicators such as performance management theory and tools for France to build performance management indicator system.Accordance with the performance management process, from the performance plan, performance, implementation and counseling, performance appraisal, performance feedback and the results of the application of links to the L corporate performance management system redesign.Finally, to ensure that L Corporate Performance Management smooth implementation of the new system made the necessary preparations, and the desired results are analyzed.The study&design on performance management system based on L company's strategy and real condition is useful for other kindred companies to establish scientific and standard performance management.
